MERCURY CONJUNCT NEPTUNE:
On Monday March 29th at 11:24 P.M. EDT we have a day or so of some confusion and misdirection. This can often create some misunderstandings and mistakes. For a day or two leading up to this it would be wise to double check things and ensure that you are communicating as clearly as possible to avoid misunderstandings. Be careful when traveling, double check all paperwork, and don’t hit that send button on your email after several glasses of wine. You may be sending it to the wrong person or saying something you will regret later on. You can always put it in “save” and review it in the morning.
This can be a very creative energy, especially for musicians, painters, poets and others who communicate through the unconscious. If you work in the arts you may find that you are reaching a place of depth hitherto difficult to connect with. So recognize the two sides of this aspect and work within the frame of what it offers. This can also be a very inspirational transit that can open your mind and heart to a more compassionate and heartfelt perspective. Neptune wants to help in any way it can. The problem is that it often pursues that objective in an unfocused or unrealistic manner. When Neptune finds a constructive way of presenting its agenda there are often remarkable results. This is the planet that rules music, fine art, photography and film. These are all elusive and somewhat ethereal processes. Mercury rules the mind and how we put our thoughts together in a clear and functional way. The combination of these two heavenly bodies (or what they represent) can produce more imaginative ways of expressing ourselves and a wealth of deeper creative works that can transcend the material world and reach a spiritual place where the soul can find its voice. While there are many born with this or a similar aspect who struggle to overcome its difficult side, there are also many well-known artists with it who have achieved great works and reached us on a profound and healing level. This is a momentary chance to raise your consciousness and find enlightenment that can lead to a greater understanding, even if it’s a fleeting accomplishment. Neptune also rules medicine, healing and all drugs (legal or illegal isn’t my concern here). The body and the spirit are two parts of the same being. If you look closely you can see the two parts as one.
I was born with Mercury conjunct Neptune conjunct south node conjunct ascendant in Libra, all sextile Venus in Sag and Pluto in Leo. Any advice for what direction I should take?
