I want to wish all of my friends the healthiest and happiest of holidays, no matter which ones you choose to celebrate. This is a time of great tension and stress as we experience a great divide in our society unprecedented in modern times. We face our most challenging tests: to curtail climate change, find common ground, stop the anger and rediscover the truth. We were all taught the same lessons as children in all religions. Perhaps we forgot those lessons as the years went by and the struggles become harder. We need to embrace compassion, hope and charity perhaps more now than ever. They say “the child is father to the man”. Open your heart again and let that child speak. There is great wisdom in innocence. I wish you boundless love and peace on your journey to enlightenment. May you learn what you need to know and forgive those who transgress – especially yourself. Mitch.
