Mercury conjuncts Neptune – 3rd pass:

MERCURY CONJUNCTS NEPTUNE:

On Tuesday April 2nd at 5:38 A.M. EDT this conjunct completes once again. We had this aspect on February 19th and recently on March 24th, and this is the last time it will complete. On each pass it can create confusion and misdirection, often resulting in mistakes that can confound and possibly have long term effects, so please use caution and double check all of your paperwork. This is a day or two when it’s easy to misunderstand something or for someone to misrepresent themselves, either on purpose or inadvertently. Make sure you know what someone is saying, what the contract you’re about to sign implies, and what you wish to accomplish with your actions. Any error can lead to a misinterpretation. The last pass of a transit often represents the completion of the lesson being offered. Look into the situations around you that have been ongoing for the past few months and see which are completing and which are simply moving to a new level.

The confusion and misdirection created by this conjunct aren’t by accident. They are to teach us that on a deeper level it’s a time to connect to your spiritual inner voice and not let the noise around you drown out the important sounds, of love, and life and happiness. We can easily be overwhelmed by our day to day problems and miss something much more significant. On a mundane plane this conjunct will dissipate much of what we thought was important and allow us to remove the blinders that normally block our view of the world. There are no limitations except the ones we put upon ourselves. Don’t let the walls we create lock you in. Open your minds and your hearts and let yourself go where you may. This is the Dark of the Moon, and as such represents the end of things. Maybe it’s time to let go of something that has prevented your spiritual growth? That can be a difficult and even painful endeavor, but only by letting go of what’s outlived its usefulness can we move on to new challenges. It’s never black or white, but always shades of grey.
